In this months issue of PCZONE (UK, Sept.) there was an interesting article on video game weapon sounds and their creation. I was pretty excited to see some of the thoughts and comments I passed on to columnist Pavel Barter made it in, alongside some insight from true game audio veterans no less. So thank you PCZONE for shedding some light on this rather controversial topic "Do gun sound effects give games a bad name?"

The western mod 'Fistful of Frags' has been released! Taking full advantage of valves source engine, the mod is packed with custom artwork and new mp game ideas. The mod is currently on Beta 1.4 with continuous progress being made based on player feedback.
Working with Sonic Valley as sound lead, I helped produce weapon, ambient and player audio, along with some scripting to get it all working fluidly ingame. There's lots more work ahead for this mod as it expands in game modes and features, and that's great because it's already pretty damn fun. Check it out!

I'm extremely proud to announce that Matto4, the single player modification for Farcry, has been released featuring a host of new sounds and some additional music by myself.

The mod is already a big hit within the Farcry modding community and has drawn the attention of several gaming websites and magazines. If you liked Farcry, you're going to love this mod.
